La série photographique Attente de Jennifer Alleyn a été réalisée lors du redéploiement des collections dans le nouveau Pavillon pour la Paix du MBAM, en 2016. Ces images d’envers du décor évoquent, par l’aspect transitoire de l’accrochage et de l’attente, un état de suspension qui résonne avec ce que nous avons vécu ces derniers mois et posent la question du devenir de la culture.
Jennifer Alleyn’s photographic series Attente was made during the redeployment of the collections into the MBAM’s new Pavillon de la Paix in 2016. These behindthe-scenes images evoke, through the transitory aspect of hanging and waiting, a state of suspension that resonates with the future of culture.
