Description
Jeffrey John Spalding (1951 – 2019) was a Scottish-Canadian artist, author, curator and educator. Spalding’s paintings were the artist’s own attempt to reconcile Romanticism with abstraction and contemporary approaches to landscape painting. This painting is part of Spalding’s Niagra Series highlights the artist’s ephemeral interplay of colour and tones invoking a hazy, misty atmosphere.
