Silkscreen print by Toronto-based artist David Bolduc (1945-2010) is number 10 from an edition of 20. Not dated, unframed. This signed print is an extension of the artist's use of brilliant colours and suspended, floating central motifs. Born in Toronto, David Bolduc attended the Ontario College of Art and then the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts School until 1965. In 1968, Bolduc received a Canada Council Grant that allowed him to travel in Europe and Asia for eight months. He continued to travel extensively over the next 33 years while exhibiting annually at public and commercial galleries. Bolduc’s work is held in private, corporate and public collections including the Art Gallery of Hamilton, the Art Gallery of Ontario and the National Gallery of Canada.
